If you’ve been to the store front in the summer for some vegan soft serve, the filling in these dessert tacos may taste familiar. They consist of a house made waffle cone, folded into a taco shell, filled with oat milk soft serve, then dipped in chocolate and nuts. They’re a terrific alternative to the coconut milk based ice cream treats, and many have a difficult time believing they are gluten free and vegan!
Vanilla Taco Ingredients:Taco Shell: Almond flour, Tapioca starch, Maple syrup, Coconut sugar, Ground flax seeds, Vanilla. Filling: Cane sugar, Tapioca maltodextrin, Oat flour, Coconut Sugar, Vanilla, Soy protein, Salt, Xanthan gum, Guar gum. Topping: Vegan chocolate (Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Soya Lecithin), Almonds.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Taco Ingredients:Same as above but also contains: Organic Cocoa, Peanut Butter, Candied Peanuts (Peanuts, Maple syrup, Coconut sugar, Tapioca starch, Ground flax, Vanilla, Sea salt).
