Dairy Free Ice Cream Cake


All of our ice cream cakes are dairy-free and made with a creamy coconut milk base. They’re available in two different sizes. The basic cake is a three-layer cake consisting of a vanilla layer, chocolate layer, and a fudgy chocolate middle with crushed cookies. It can be made without nuts upon request, but we can not accommodate to nut allergies.

Ingredients: Ice Cream Layer: Premium Coconut Milk, Maple Syrup, Almond Butter, Cocoa Powder, Pure Vanilla Extract, Guar Gum, Sea Salt Cookie Layer: Sorghum Flour, White Rice Flour, Arrowroot Powder, Maple Syrup, Dark Chocolate Chips (Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Cocoa Butter, Soya Lecithin), Almond Butter, Sunflower Oil, Organic Cane Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, Ground Flax Seeds, Pure Vanilla Extract, Sea Salt

*There’s also a sugar free option, sweetened with xylitol. The middle layer consists of our keto chocolate almond cookies.
