If you’ve wanted to try one of our ice cream cakes, but haven’t been able to commit to a full sized cake, now you can try a mini version! They’re a little over 3″ in diameter, and with three delicious layers, you won’t have to share one of these.
Ingredients: Ice Cream Layer: Coconut Milk, Maple Syrup, Cocoa Powder, Vanilla, Guar Gum, Sea Salt Brownie Layer: Cane sugar, Sorghum flour, Dark chocolate chips (sugar, chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, soya lecithin), Ground almonds, Coconut oil, Dates, Almond butter, Cocoa powder, Ground flax seeds, Vanilla, Sea salt, Baking soda
*There’s also a sugar free option (keto chocolate raspberry), sweetened with xylitol. The middle layer consists of our Keto chocolate almond cookies.
